These policies help protect your time, my time, and the overall client experience.
Appointment policy
Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you arrive late, your service may need to be shortened to avoid affecting the next client. Full service pricing still applies to a shortened appointment due to tardiness.
Cancellation and rescheduling policy
Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations, changes, or no-shows made with less than 24 hours’ notice result in a fee of 50% of the service price.
No-show policy
Clients who do not show up for their scheduled appointment without notice will be charged a no-show fee at 100% of the service price.
Home-based studio privacy policy
The Raediance Room is a private home-based studio. For privacy and safety, the exact address is provided 22 hours before your appointment. Please do not share the address with others.
Guests and children
To preserve a calm studio environment, please do not bring extra guests or children to your appointment unless previously discussed and approved.
Health and safety policy
For everyone’s safety, please reschedule your appointment if you are feeling unwell, have a fever, have active cold/flu symptoms, or have open wounds, infections, or contagious skin conditions in the treatment area.
Contraindications
Please disclose any medications, allergies, pregnancy, recent cosmetic treatments, recent injectables, active skin irritation, or medical concerns before treatment. Some services may need to be modified or postponed for safety.
Results policy
Skincare results vary from person to person and depend on consistency, homecare, lifestyle, and skin history. No treatment can guarantee identical results for every client.
Photo and testimonial policy
Photos and testimonials are always appreciated, but permission to share photos, videos, or details about your treatment experience are be optional and based on your written consent.

I’m not sure what to book. Where should I start?
If you’re new to facials or unsure which treatment is best, start with the Signature Raediance Facial or a Skin Consultation.
Do you treat acne and dark marks?
Yes. The Raediance Room focuses on personalized care for concerns such as acne, post-breakout marks, uneven tone, dehydration, sensitivity, and healthy aging.
Do you work with melanin-rich skin?
Yes. Treatments are customized carefully with your skin concerns, sensitivity level, and skin tone in mind.
Do you offer men’s facials?
Yes. Men’s facials can help with congestion, dryness, ingrown hairs, shaving irritation, and general skin maintenance. Men's facials will only be accepted on a referral basis.
Do I need a consultation before a chemical peel?
Yes. A consultation helps make sure your skin is properly prepared and that the treatment is safe and appropriate for your goals.
How should I prepare for my appointment?
Avoid active exfoliants for at least 3 days before your appointment, complete your intake form ahead of time, and arrive with little to no makeup if possible.

Can I book if I have sensitive skin?
Yes. Sensitive skin clients are welcome. Please note your sensitivities, allergies, and current products in your intake form so your service can be customized appropriately.
What if I’m pregnant?
Please disclose pregnancy and any medical conditions before your service so treatment choices can be adjusted safely.
How often should I get a facial?
That depends on your skin goals. Many clients do well with treatments every 4 to 6 weeks, while corrective concerns like acne or hyperpigmentation may benefit from a more structured plan.
